மதங்களின் ராஜ்ஜியம்..

மதம் என்பது என்ன ? ஜாதி என்பது என்ன? இங்கு நான் எந்த மதத்தையும், எந்த ஜாதியையும் குறிப்பிட விரும்பவில்லை. எம்மதமும் எனக்கு சம்மதமே. இங்கு மதங்களின் போர்வையில் நடைபெறும் வன்முறைகளையே சாடுகிறேன்.

இந்தியா என்பது ஒரு நாடு தான் அதற்குள் எத்தனை ஜாதிகள் ,மதங்கள் என்ற வேறுபாடு.எத்தனையோ பேர் தன் இன்னுயிர்களை ஈன்று கொடுத்த சுதந்திரத்தை இன்று நாம் மதங்களின் போர்வையில் வேட்டையாடி கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். பிரிடிஷ்காரன் நம்மை அடிமையாய் நடத்தினான் என்று குறை கூறும் நாம்,இன்று மட்டும் என்ன செய்கிறோம் என்று எத்தனை பேருக்கு தெரிகிறது. இன்றும் கிராமங்களில் ஒரு சாரார் மீது அடிமைத்தனம் புகுத்தப்பட்டு கொண்டு தான் உள்ளது.ஒரே ஊரில் இரு ஜாதியினரை பிரிக்க தீண்டாமை சுவர்கள் கூட எழுப்பப்பட்டு உள்ளது .இன்றும் நம்மிடையே மத வெறியும்,ஜாதி வெறியும் தான்தோன்றி தனமாக ஊறிதான் கிடக்கிறது.என்னதான் கல்வி அறிவு நம் சிந்தனைகளை மாற்றினாலும்.கல்வியில் தன்னிறைவு அடையாத  நம் நாட்டில் அவ்வளவு எளிதில் இந்த மதத்தையும் ஜாதியையும் ஒழிப்பது சாத்தியமில்லை.

Bombay Riots(1993)

நம் நாடு சுதந்திரம் அடைவதற்கு முன்னர் பிரிட்டிஷ்காரன் அடிமைத்தனத்தை புகுத்துவதற்காக பிரிவினைவாதத்தை புகுத்தினான்.ஆனால் என்ன நடக்கிறது  அவன் நம்மை விட்டு சென்ற பின்னர் நாம் அவனை பின் பற்றுகிறோம்.

நம் நாடு சுதந்திரம் அடைந்த பிறகு எத்தனையோ மதகலவரங்கள்(Communal Riots) நடந்துள்ளன அதில் எத்தனையோ உயிர்கள் மத வெறி பிடித்த மிருகங்களால் வேட்டையாட பட்டிருக்கின்றன.எத்தனை எத்தனை நடந்தாலும் நாம் என்றும் நம்மை மாற்றி கொள்வதும் இல்லை மாற போவதும் இல்லை.காரணம் இங்கு மதங்களின் போர்வையில் மிகப்பெரிய அரசியல் யுத்தமே நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. ஆனால் அதில் பலி ஆவது என்னமோ ஏதுமறியா மக்களே.

எத்தனையோ திரைப்படங்கள் வந்து கொண்டு தான் இருக்கின்றன நாம் அதை காண்பதோடு ,அதில் கூறியுள்ள எந்த கருத்தையும் ஏற்றுகொள்வதில்லை.உதாரணமாக  Parzania, Bombay, Kai Po Che!,Dev

இது நம் நாட்டில் மட்டுமல்ல உலகெங்கும் நடந்து கொண்டே தான் இருக்கிறது,நம் அண்டை நாடு இலங்கை அடிமைதனத்தின் உச்சகட்டம் எத்தனையோ லட்சகணக்கான உயிர்கள் வேட்டையாடப்பட்டன,இன்றும் அது தொடர்ந்து கொண்டே தான் இருக்கின்றன.இது நமக்கு தெரிந்தது நமக்கு தெரியாமல் எத்தனயோ நாடுகளில் இந்த வேட்டை தொடர்ந்து கொண்டே தான் இருக்கிறது.

இந்து,இஸ்லாம்,கிறிஸ்துவம்,பௌத்தம் என் பல மதங்கள் அவை ஒவ்வொன்றிற்கும் ஒவ்வொரு கோட்பாடுகள்,ஒவ்வொரு கடவுள்கள்.மதங்களுக்குள்ளேயேயே இத்தனை வேறுபாடுகள். வெவ்வேறு மதங்களையும், கடவுள்களையும் பின்பற்றும் நாம் ,எல்லா மதங்களிலும் அடிப்பதியாக கூறப்படும் அன்பு என்ற ஒன்றை மட்டும் பிறர் மீது காட்ட தயங்குவதேன். கல்லிலும் காற்றிலும் கடவுளை காணும் நாம் மனிதனை மனிதனாய் காண்பதில் மட்டும் ஏன் இத்தனை ஏற்ற தாழ்வுகள். மனிதனை மனிதனாக காண முடியாத நீ எந்த மதமாய் இருந்தால் என்ன.எந்த ஒரு மதமும் அடிமை தனத்தை உபதேசிக்கவில்லை,அன்பை மட்டுமே போதிக்கிறது.

நீ ஹிந்துவாயிறு,இஸ்லாமியனாக இரு,கிறிஸ்துவனாக இரு முதலில் மனிதனை இரு,மனித நேயம் இல்லாத எந்த ஒரு சமுதாயமும் நிலைக்காது.

எம்மதமும் சம்மதம் என்ற நிலை வரும் வரை மதங்களின் போர்வையில் நம்மிடையே நடைபெறும் எந்த ஒரு வன்முறையையும்,ஏற்ற தாழ்வுகளையும்  மாற்ற முடியாது. மாற்றம் ஒன்றே மாற்றம் இல்லாதது.அந்த மாற்றம் நம்மால் மட்டுமே வரும் என்பதை இந்த உலகிற்கு உணர்த்துவோமாக...
